GST Series Automatic Stop-cylinder Screen Printing Machine are upgrade models from Rotary Cylinder Printing Machine recent years. This kind of machine has adopted classical "Stop-cylinder" printing movement instead of the original "reciprocating movement". Therefore, it not only ensures the paper accurate position before scratch- print, but also reduce the producing waster rate. 1.The machine is equipped with Japanese MITSUBISH Frequency Conversions and PLC, which can control the whole running. More than 90% imported electric components make the machine owns many prior points: high grade, high integration and high stability etc.
2.Watching in all course of operating makes the machine's register precision≤0.10mm.
3.Full and fresh ink layer is up to 30-40mm, which presents high 3D feeling and hard-coating;
4.The machine has two feed modes: universal mode and stream mode; the two mode can be switched freely depending upon different printing material;
5.Delivery board can be turned down by 90°;
6.The screen frame can be load or unload easily; and its position can be micro adjusted;
7.The GSP/GST series can be combined with the dryer or UV Dryer to makeup one automatic produce-line
